Project-Based Engagements

A structured scope of work with clear deliverables, timelines, and outcomes. Pricing is set up front based on the complexity and duration of the project.

Common project engagements include strategic planning, fundraising assessments or development plans, Board governance review and training, communications strategy or narrative development, corporate partnership strategy, and program or operational assessments.

Monthly Retainer Packages

For nonprofits seeking consistent, ongoing support without hiring additional staff. Retainers provide dependable access to expertise at a fraction of the cost of a full-time role.

Retainer support may include monthly executive coaching, ongoing fundraising strategy and donor cultivation support, Board and committee meeting participation, communications review and guidance, continual strategic advising, and “on call” availability for time sensitive needs.

Retainers are customizable based on hours and priorities.

Options include: one-day strategic tune-up, virtual Board training workshops, fundraising jumpstart sessions, communications and messaging refresh, executive onboarding support, etc.
